{"id":10072,"date":"2026-08-25T08:54:30","date_gmt":"2026-08-25T07:54:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sknkonsultingu.pl\/?post_type=ngo-project&#038;p=10072"},"modified":"2026-08-25T09:56:17","modified_gmt":"2026-08-25T08:56:17","slug":"raknroll","status":"publish","type":"ngo-project","link":"https:\/\/sknkonsultingu.pl\/en\/ngo-project\/raknroll\/","title":{"rendered":"Rak&#8217;n&#8217;Roll"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project carried out by SKNK members in 2026 involved cooperation with the Rak\u2019n\u2019Roll Foundation \u2013 one of the most recognisable cancer-focused organisations in Poland, working to improve the quality of life of people affected by cancer and to change the way society thinks about the disease.<\/p>\n<p>A 10-member SKNK team addressed several key areas related to the Foundation\u2019s development. In the first area, the team analysed opportunities to build a new, long-term source of funding for the Foundation, based on benchmarking practices used in Poland and abroad, as well as an assessment of effective donor communication. The team also proposed a pilot implementation plan.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The second area focused on transforming the Foundation\u2019s training offer into a scalable and competitive commercial product. The team conducted a market and competitor analysis, identified a potential market gap, and proposed a product model and positioning strategy, together with an estimate of its revenue potential.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Another task involved evaluating the effectiveness of one of the Foundation\u2019s key communication campaigns.
