Women in Business is a series of conferences, workshops, and a mentoring programme designed to support and inspire female students. The project’s mission is to show young women that success is within their reach and that well-informed decisions are key to personal and professional growth. We aim to support women at the beginning of their careers in making conscious career choices and encourage them to explore new opportunities.
A key element of the project is the conference, which consists of three panel discussions bringing together the perspectives of women pursuing careers in corporations and female entrepreneurs running their own businesses. During the 10th edition, we focused on topics particularly relevant to young women facing important career decisions, including choosing between entrepreneurship and a corporate career, the challenges and successes of women in senior leadership positions, and opportunities to turn personal passions into sources of income.
Previous editions have also explored topics such as tools supporting career development, building influence as a businesswoman, and the challenges of running a startup. Over the years, the conference has welcomed inspiring speakers, including the CFO of BLIK, Dr Irena Eris, and Honorata Skryzpek-Komorowicz, founder of Kredytowy Poradnik.
The 10th edition of the conference attracted more than 200 participants, confirming the project’s growing popularity and its relevance to young women planning their professional careers.
