All you need to do is go through our recruitment process. And even before it is over, we will make sure you already feel like part of SKNK. You will get to know us during an integration event, take part in training sessions organized by our members and, together with your team and under the guidance of SKNK members and Alumni, complete your own mini consulting project.
We do not expect advanced knowledge of accounting, finance or any other specific field. What we value most is enthusiasm, commitment, a willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
SKNK Recruitment Process
STAGE I
29.09 – 11.10 – Fill in the application form. Tell us about your passions, achievements and anything else that best reflects who you are.
STAGE II
14.10 – 17.10 – During the first interview, our main goal is to get to know you better and understand what brought you to SKNK. At this stage, it is also worth knowing a little more about our organization.
STAGE III
21.10 – Case Study Kick-off! Discover the details of the assignment and meet your team.
21.10 – 30.10 – Work on the case study with your team. Once you have been assigned to a group, you will work together to solve the case and present your conclusions to us — all under the guidance of experienced SKNK members.
STAGE IV
07.11 – 08.11 – Let’s talk once again. During the final stage of recruitment, we will assess your analytical thinking skills through an estimation task. We will also review your work so far and ask about your impressions of the previous stages of the recruitment process.
FINAL
13.11 – Find out the results and become part of the SKNK community!
